***Job Description.

Compensation: $1900 to $2000 per week .

Dock out normally 2000-0300, must work weekends and be able to layover as
needed during the week. Account is driver unload with pallet .

on SPN side and live unload on the GFS (Gordon Food Service side). Must
be willing to also be on call at least once a week as needed.
– STATES SERVED: IN, MI, OH, KY, IL, PA, WV and WI.

TYPICAL WEEK FOR DRIVER:
Depart SPN between 2000-3am, run 4-500 miles and deliver 1=7 stops daily, for 5-6 days a week.
By the 90 day mark, will have a set schedule with set days off.

Transmission Type: Automatics.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months driving experience Regional or O.T.R.
• Moving Violations: 
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months or 3 in last 36 months.
  • No more than 2 seat belt violations in the last 24 months.
  • No more than one 11-14 mph over the regulated or posted speed limit in 12 months.
  • No pending violations.
  • HOS violations, and excessive maintenance issues listed on the PSP to be reviewed.
  • No more than 2 Out of Service Violations in the last year.

  None in the past 3 years:

  • Leaving the scene of an accident.
  • Causing a fatality through negligent operations of a CMV.
  • Driving while CDL is suspended, revoked, or canceled.
  • Railroad-Highway Grade crossing violations.
  • Violating out of service orders.

  No violations in the past 12 months and no more than one
  violation in the past 3 years: pre CDL majors & multiples will be
  reviewed.

  • Speeding 15mph or more.
  • Careless and/or Reckless driving.
  • Following too close.
  • Improper or erratic lane changes.
  • Driving a CMV without obtaining a CDL.
  • Driving a CMV without a CDL in possession.
  • Driving a CMV without the proper class or endorsements for cargo being hauled.
  • Texting and/or handheld mobile violation.
  • Speeding in a marked construction or school zone.
• No DUI/DWI’s in the last 5 years.
• Automatic DQ’s: recent at fault rollover in the past year & No failed D.O.T alcohol/drug test lifetime.
• FELONIES: 
  • No Felony convictions for sex, Drugs, theft/fraud, or violence in the past 5 years.
  • No Misdemeanor convictions related to sex, drugs, theft/fraud, or violence in the past 3 years.
  • No sexual offense convictions in the past 10 years.
  • No acts of terrorism.
  • Probation and parole must be reviewed when a letter from the PO defines the term to include the movement restrictions.
  • Any Felony Theft Charge is a Lifetime DQ for any of the Dollar Accounts.
  • No pending charges.
