Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist / OT for a travel therapy opportunity at Bethea Retirement Community in Darlington, South Carolina.

What You’ll Do
• Provide skilled Occupational Therapy services in accordance with clinical standards, physician orders, plan of care, and facility expectations.
• Evaluate, treat, document, and help patients improve function, independence, safety, ADLs, mobility, and quality of life.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and progress.
• Collaborate with rehab leadership, nursing, facility teams, families, and care partners.
• Support discharge planning, patient education, caregiver education, and functional outcomes.
• Step into the assignment with professionalism, flexibility, and a patient-centered approach.
What We’re Looking For
• Active or eligible South Carolina Occupational Therapist / OT license.
• Prior skilled nursing, post-acute rehab, LTC, or geriatric experience preferred.
• Travel experience preferred, but not required for the right clinician, new graduate friendly
• Net Health experience is a plus.
• Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to start quickly and complete required onboarding before assignment start.
