Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA for a full-time skilled nursing / post-acute rehab assignment at Fredericksburg Health and Rehab in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Our travelers work with a team that understands the facility, therapy program, onboarding process, clinical expectations, and day-to-day support needs. What You’ll Do

As a travel COTA, you will provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, document patient progress, support functional outcomes, and collaborate with the facility therapy team in a skilled nursing / post-acute rehab setting.

What We’re Looking For

Active Virginia COTA license
Skilled nursing, post-acute, or geriatric rehab experience preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with the supervising OT and facility team
Travel experience preferred, but not required for the right clinician

Pay and Benefits

Estimated weekly gross pay is based on assignment details available at the time of posting. Actual weekly pay may vary based on hours worked, stipend eligibility, benefit elections, tax withholdings, and approved reimbursements. Full pay package details will be reviewed during the screening process.
