Staffing Sales Manager
Summary:
Our company is growing and looking for a Staffing Sales Manager to join our team. The Staffing Sales Manager will perform the crucial role of finding new clients and developing new business opportunities in targeted areas. This valued team member will provide input and sales intel to the leadership team to formulate strategies to maintain and generate new business. A team oriented professional who can heavily impact our growth is just what we need!
Essential Experience:
- Staffing and/or recruiting experience is a MUST
- A minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales experience
- Ability to set, deliver and measure sales goals
- Proven ability to sell business services AND close deals in various industries/markets
- Ability to establish new client relationships with business owners and decision makers
- Assists with contract negotiations, closing the sale and developing marketing plans for client accounts
- Ability to establish and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
- Ability to generate regular sales and development reports to the leadership team
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- A go-getter with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to motivate and influence
- Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Ability to commute to client locations as needed
Desirable Qualifications:
- Bi-lingual
- Reliable transportation; driver’s license and vehicle insurance
Education:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration is preferred but not required. Applicable B2B sales experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Computer Skills:
- Ability to use cloud and PC based applications
