Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a Part-Time of Full-Time opportunity for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Monroe Health Services —a supportive, collaborative skilled nursing facility where your expertise makes a daily impact.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current Wisconsin SLP license.
• Current ASHA certification
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
