Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

● Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

● Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required

● 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

● Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders

● Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

● Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
