Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Sauk County Health Care Center. Will also consider a full-time split between Sauk County Health Care Center and either Soldiers Grove Health Care Center (Soldiers Grove, WI) or Wisconsin Dells Health Services (Wisconsin Dells, WI)—a supportive, collaborative skilled nursing facility where your expertise makes a daily impact.
