Trinity Rehab Services is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist-PRN to work across Skilled Nursing and Outpatient services in the Haverville, MA area.  You’ll join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide SLP evaluations/ services.
• Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
• Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
• Complete documentation efficiently and accurately

What We’re Looking For:

• MA Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) 
• New graduates encouraged to apply
