What You’ll Do

  • Provide skilled therapy services in accordance with discipline-specific standards and facility expectations.
  • Evaluate, treat, document, and help patients/residents improve function, independence, safety, communication, mobility, and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with rehab leadership, nursing, facility teams, families, and care partners.
  • Step into the assignment with professionalism, flexibility, and a patient-centered approach.

    What We’re Looking For

  • Active or eligible GA license for Speech Language Pathologist / SLP.
  • Prior SNF, LTC, assisted living, or post-acute experience preferred.
  • Travel experience preferred, but not required for the right clinician.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to start quickly and complete required onboarding before assignment start.
