COMPANY OVERVIEW: Our Client is the leading provider of replacement expansion joint systems, penetration seal systems and HRSG duct/liner replacement systems sold to power plants.

POSITION TITLE: Sales Representative

BENEFITS: Standard Package

COMPENSATION: Competitive Salary + DOE + Bonus

LOCATION: Louisiana/Mississippi/Alabama Gulf Coast 

POSITION DESCRIPTION:  The majority of our sales opportunities have a unique set of circumstances requiring a customized solution, hence teaming up with our engineering department.


  • Create and implement a sales strategy that makes sure you meet the sales goals established by the company.
  • Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis and
  • Oversee all sales activity in your assigned sales territory.
  • Reaching out to customers leads through cold calling.
  • Has regular and productive contact with customers and customer representatives and is often actively involved in the result of the sale.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Coordinate with other members of the sales team and team leaders as needed to generate sales and provide excellent customer service.
  • Submit reports on your sales activity regularly into the company’s CRM software and maintain clean and updated records for all leads and customers.
  • Adhere to all company procedures, values, and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of to all potential and current customers.
  • Perform your duties as efficiently as possible, reducing costs when possible, and maintain receipts for all job-related expenses and submit them to accounting in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the accounts receivable department to ensure that all invoices are paid in full in a timely manner by your customers.


  • 5 years+ experience in sales, specifically outside/traveling sales.
  • Territorial vs local sales are preferred.
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to utilize our web-based and mobile.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
  • Customer service is driven with a high sense of urgency.
  • Ability to follow protocol, implement process, and think on your feet.
  • Very organized and extremely driven.
