LOCATION: Beaumont, Texas
SUMMARY: An EPC Sales Manager leads sales efforts for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects. They develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with clients and key stakeholders
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Formulate and implement sales plans to achieve company goals, including identifying target markets, developing sales tactics, and managing the sales pipeline
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including developers, IPPs, and other stakeholders
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential projects, tracking progress and reporting on sales success rates
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions for projects
- Work closely with internal teams (engineering, procurement, construction, etc.) to ensure projects are executed effectively
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5+ years of sales experience in the EPC industry or related sectors
- Strong understanding of the EPC project lifecycle, industry dynamics, and market trends
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field is often preferred
- Proficiency in relevant software (CRM, Microsoft Office Suite) and project management tools
