Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, customer service, and business development, with a proven track record in outside sales and account management. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage relationships effectively while leveraging technology sales strategies to meet market demands. Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture new business opportunities.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Utilize CRM tools for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to team members on best practices in sales techniques and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Brooklyn Market.
  • Must have strong Prospecting skills.
  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within technology or related industries.
  • Strong skills in outside sales, account management, and business development.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Proficiency in Marriott Fosse and CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a strategic mindset for closing deals effectively.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
