We currently are looking for a PRN COTA/ Occupational Therapy Assistant for our skilled nursing facility in Dyer, TN. Broad River Rehab is a rapidly growing therapy company that partners with providers across all settings including skilled nursing and assisted/ independent facilities to provide premier physical, occupational and speech therapy services.

Requirements for the Physical Therapist Assistant:
PRN 
Tennessee Occupational Therapy license
Occupational Therapy Assistant Degree
