Director of Rehab – Open to All Disciplines (COTA, PTA, OT, PTA and SLP Candidates) – Full Time at our Assisted Living Facility in Goldsboro, NC / North Carolina

Option for Part Time!

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Rehab Director to join our Assisted Living Facility in Goldsboro, NC!

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in an assisted living facility. You’ll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.

Qualifications

&#8226              Current state licensure NC

&#8226              Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant

&#8226              Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting

&#8226              Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

&#8226              Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
