Director of Rehab/ PT/PTA/OT/COTA/SLP

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Fulltime Rehab Director to join our Huntersville NC Skilled Nursing Facility.

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, PTA,OT,COTA,SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. You’ll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.

Qualifications

&#8226              Current state licensure as a (Input Therapy discipline preferred)

&#8226              Associates; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field (Doctorate preferred) for your discipline

&#8226              Minimum of 1 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting

&#8226              Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

&#8226              Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
