Full-Time Rehab Director (PTA) – Monday-Friday

Salaried Position with Quarterly Bonus Potential

Location: COVENANT VILLAGE | CINCINNATI, OHIO


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 30-40 hours per week

About the Role:


Broad River Rehab is seeking a dedicated Rehab Director to oversee daily operations and provide direct clinical care within a skilled nursing facility. Previous RD experience Required.

Requirements for this position:

• Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License 
• Associate’s degree in required field
• Recent Rehab Director experience in a SNF setting
