Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Part-Time Rehab Aide to support our therapy team at Timberland Ridge, a skilled nursing facility serving the geriatric population. This role is ideal for someone passionate about patient care with prior experience working with older adults.

What You’ll Do:
▪ Assist therapists with treatment setup and support
▪ Transport residents to and from therapy sessions
▪ Maintain a clean and organized therapy gym
▪ Provide compassionate support to geriatric patients

What We’re Looking For:
▪ Experience working with the geriatric population required
▪ Reliable, team-oriented, and patient-focused
