Physician Relations Representative
Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physician Relations Rep to join our Referral Development team in Northern Utah. Mountain Land specializes in outpatient physical therapy and treats 1,000s of patients on a weekly basis throughout Utah, Idaho, and Montana. Our Referral Development team creates opportunities for Mountain Land physical therapists and local physicians to better understand each other’s medical services, so that we can establish higher quality care for patients.

To accomplish this, you will work on a variety of tasks to promote Mountain Land in a positive light, including developing marketing initiatives such as meet and greets, presentations, and organizing events. You will also be responsible for managing communication with physician offices and identifying top referring physicians for each Mountain Land clinic in your area. This position requires a high level of organization with excellent communication skills to keep up with the communication needs of physician offices and Mountain Land staff.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time with minimal supervision
• Responsive to time-sensitive email, text, and phone calls
• Must have reliable transportation
• Face-to-face customer service is preferred but not required 

Pay: $14-$18/hour, in addition to mileage reimbursement and a potential bonus structure

Hours: This is a full-time M-F, benefited position and is eligible to receive medical, dental, and vision insurances, as well as life insurances, 401k, and wellness incentives.
