We currently have a Primary / Consistent PRN opportunity for a Physical Therapist at our skilled nursing facility in WASHINGTON, NC.

Broad River Rehab is a rapidly growing therapy company that partners with providers across all settings including assisted/ independent and skilled nursing facilities to provide premier physical, occupational and speech therapy services.

Requirements for Physical Therapist:

PRN 
North Carolina Physical Therapy license required.
Physical Therapist degree required

Physical Therapist / RPT / PT / PRN – CONSISTENT/PRIMARY PRN – Skilled Nursing Facility in WASHINGTON, NC / North Carolina
OPTION FOR TELEHEALTH at the Ridgewood SNF Facility in Washington NC!   
        10+ hours / week required – Must have some availability between 9am and 3pm Monday through Friday
