Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Salem, KY Skilled Nursing Facility.

• PRN – Consistent Hours Available! 
• Hourly Rates Starting at $55/hr *Offer based on experience and qualifying interview. 
• Telehealth Option! Supervisory Role – *Candidate MUST reside in the state of KY and hold a valid, KY State License of Physical Therapy!

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy license in state of employment
• Bachelor’s, Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
