We are currently looking for Physical Therapists who want to work with a leadership team that understands, prioritizes, and advocates for your professional perspective. 

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• ●Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• ●Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• ●1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• ●Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• ●Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• ●Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
