Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Baltic & Uhrichsville, Ohio Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Sign-On Bonus
• 4-5 Day Work Week, Flexible Schedule
• Full-Time 30-40 Hours/Week or Part time 25 hours a week
• Paid drive time and mileage when traveling between facilities 

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy license in state of employment
• Bachelor’s, Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
