Full Time/Part Time/ PRN Physical Therapist (PT) Opening
Skilled Nursing Facilities in Baltic, West Lafayette, Uhrichsville
Full time position would cover all 3 locations weekly, but split time between 2 SNF only daily, offering drive time and mileage when traveling between facilities.
Part time position would cover only West Lafayette and Uhrichsville and would split 2 days a week, and the other days, would work just at 1 facility.
Position would be offering drive time and mileage when traveling between facilities.
Both positions Offering a flexible schedule & a Sign on Bonus!
PRN positions are also available

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats residents, under orders from a physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potentials in all areas of a resident’s life. The Physical Therapist participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy.

Requirements for Physical Therapist:
Ohio Physical Therapy license required.
Physical Therapist degree required (Masters or Doctorate)
