Physical Therapist (PT) Full Time & Part time positions now open!

Full time would be a split between our 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities
Woodside Village Care Center in Mt. Gilead, OH and Lexington Health Care in Lexington, OH
Flexible schedule~ Monday-Friday ~ 35-40 hours a week~ Paid Drive time and Mileage when traveling between the 2 facilities 
$8,000.00 Sign on Bonus Included

Part time would be open for just Woodside Village Care Center in Mt. Gilead, Ohio
Flexible schedule ~ 25 hours a week, $5,000 Sign on Bonus Included

PRN positions are also available

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats residents, under orders from a physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potentials in all areas of a resident’s life.  The Physical Therapist participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy.

Requirements for Physical Therapist:
 – Ohio PT License 
 – Degree in Physical Therapy
