Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time physical therapist to join our outpatient team in Billings Heights, Montana. In addition to Mountain Land’s focus on professional growth and caring company culture, this position includes a competitive income of $75,000-$110,000, relocation coverage, annual continuing education budget, and a robust benefits package to ensure that you have financial stability.

Your day-to-day will include working collaboratively with our nationally recognized therapists to treat a diverse caseload; from high-level athletes looking to return to sport, to patients simply looking to live without pain. Location: 1411 Main Street, Ste D, Billings, MT 59105

Pay Range: $75,000 – $80,000+ starting rate. Total compensation with benefits equals $90,000 – $104,000 annually.
Mountain Land also has an 
innovative compensation option for therapist who would like to increase their income beyond $80,000/year. This option allows you to self-direct your caseload and time off with an expected annual rate of $80,000-$110,000 (Total compensation with benefits equal $100,000-$130,000 annually on this option)

Hours & BenefitsThis is a full-time, fully benefited position that is eligible to receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurances, as well as 401k and wellness incentives. You will also receive a sign on bonus, $1,500-$2,000 in continuing education, and bonuses for board certification and clinical excellence. 

Ownership & Growth: This position will allow for professional pathways including clinical leadership in specialty areas, as well as clinic ownership opportunities if you become a Clinic Director in the future.
