Why Travel with Continuum?

What makes this opportunity different is that Continuum is not a staffing agency โ€” we are the therapy provider supporting the facility directly. So instead of working through a middleman, you get clearer communication, a better understanding of the actual assignment, and direct support from a team that knows the facility, the therapy program, and the expectations.

No middleman. Faster answers. More transparency.

We are building our internal travel program with the goal of creating a reliable group of Continuum travelers who get first visibility into our 13-week travel openings across the network. For strong clinicians, this can open the door to future assignments, extensions, permanent opportunities, and even leadership roles down the road when the fit and timing make sense.

Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, 401(k), employer-paid life and AD&D, voluntary life/disability options, EAP / CTP perks, and other voluntary benefits for eligible employees.
