POSITION TITLE: Outside Sales – Air Compressor Systems

COMPENSATION:   Competitive base salary DOE + bonus

BENEFITS:   Standard package

LOCATION:   Chicago, IL

SUMMARY: A role that is critical in making sure our customers get the plant utilities they need to keep plants operating and optimizing production.

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Account Management and Hunting sales activity
  • Face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers
  • Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions
  • Developing and delivering commercial sales proposals
  • Selling equipment rentals and services to our commercial sales customers
  • Developing medium-to-long-term sales plans
  • Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders
  • Partner with the operations, logistics, and administrative teams


EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of direct sales experience selling to Petrochemical and Refinery customers
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset
  • Must possess a sales hunter mindset
  • Understanding of power generation, HVAC, and compressed air systems
  • Proficiency with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
