Operations Manager – Rope Access

POSITION TITLE: Operations Manager – Rope Access
COMPENSATION: Competitive base salary DOE + bonus

SUMMARY The Operations Manager’s leadership is responsible for the effective day-to-day operations of the business. Working within the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain current, accurate and up to date 365 reports daily
- Report to General Manager break downs, issues, equipment, employee and client concerns daily
- Responsible for maintaining Job Safety Analysis forms are filed per job number
- Manage Operation of business a. Supervise employees in all divisions except for designated office and sales managers
- Responsible for knowing and execution of the Company โPolicies and Procedures Programโ and relevant OSHA Regulations are followed.
- Make recommendations to HR regarding edit / changes as needed to the Company โPolicies and Procedures Programโ
- Responsible for knowing and execution of the Company โSafety Policies-Programs-Procedures Manualโ and relevant OSHA Regulations are followed.
- Make recommendations to management team regarding edits / changes as needed Company โSafety Policies-Procedures Program Manualโ.
- On site supervision when necessary
- Responsible for scheduling all personnel and equipment for projects.
- When in the field, need to be available to continue to assist office operations as needed.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of rope access and management experience
- Must have relationships in a minimum of 1-2 of company’s petrochemical/refining/power target industries
- Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
- Experience in soft craft industry a plus
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and ACT or other CRM software
