POSITION TITLE: Office Manager

BENEFITS:   Standard Package

COMPENSATION:   Competitive Salary + DOE + Bonus

LOCATION:   League City, Texas

SUMMARY: Facilitate the efficient operation of our office providing administrative support, assisting the sales department and facilitating other projects as needed To ensure productivity within the administrative and sales departments.

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and assist guests
  • Answer and route calls quickly and appropriately
  • Manage all general front office duties with outstanding organization
  • Process account receivables and maintain controls for company credit card usage
  • Oversee vendor and service provider agreements
  • Cultivate existing relationships and negotiate renewal agreements with trade show and event representatives
  • Assist sales team as needed with materials, presentations
  • Arrange travel as requested
  • Process HR documentation for new hires
  • Serve as point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment for the office


EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years administrative experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, deadline minded, solid organizational skills, problem solver, personable/professional phone etiquette, team player and strong administrative skills
  • Preferrable to have people leadership, office management, HR, Accounting and Social Media experience
  • Will be in charge of some marketing duties
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM knowledge
  • Some college experienced preferred.
