Office Manager

POSITION: Office Manager
COMPENSATION: 50K-60K + DOE
BENEFITS: Standard package, 401K, PTO, and paid holidays.
LOCATION: League City, Texas
SUMMARY: Facilitate the efficient operation of our office providing administrative support, assisting the sales department, and facilitating other projects as needed. To ensure productivity within the administrative and sales departments.
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Front desk- client interactions/first impression
- Event planning
- Manage phones and IT vendors
- Contract negotiation
- Light Accounting and collections
- Oversee vendor and service provider agreements.
- Assist sales team as needed with materials, presentations.
- Arrange travel as requested.
- Process HR documentation for new hires.
- Serve as point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years administrative experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, deadline-minded, solid organizational skills, problem solver, personable/professional phone etiquette, team player, and strong administrative skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM knowledge
- Some college experienced preferred.
