Seeking a COTA with Skilled Nursing experience and also has had experience in using Rehab Optima/Net Health.  Looking for PRN to help pick up on the weekends as needed, to cover staff vacations, and to help on the holidays.

The Occupational Therapist Assistant is a skilled licensed therapist who performs direct care under the clinical supervision of the Occupational Therapist.

Requirements for an Occupational Therapist Assistant:
Ohio Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license required
Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) – degree required (Associates)
