Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic rehabilitation teams. This full-time role is shared between Canterbury Place in Pittsburgh, PA and Cranberry Place in Cranberry Township, PA—two skilled nursing facilities known for their supportive environments and commitment to exceptional patient care.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality therapy services that help residents achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.
