We currently have a consistent PRN opportunity for an Occupational Therapist at our skilled nursing facility in Allendale, MI. Broad River Rehab is a rapidly growing therapy company that partners with providers across all settings including assisted/ independent and skilled nursing facilities to provide premier physical, occupational and speech therapy services.

Requirements for Occupational Therapist:

Consistent PRN 
MI Occupational Therapy license required.
Occupational Therapist degree required
