Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to serve two skilled nursing facilities: Taylorville Care Center and Montgomery Nursing & Rehab Center. This unique split position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact at both locations, working with supportive, collaborative teams dedicated to resident-centered care.
