Trinity Rehab Services is hiring an Occupational Therapist Assistant to work across Skilled Nursing and Outpatient services in the Findlay OH area.  You’ll join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide OTA services under established plans of care
• Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
• Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
• Complete documentation efficiently and accurately
•  

What We’re Looking For:

• OH Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) or Pending licensure
• New graduates encouraged to apply
