POSITION TITLE: Marketing Director
COMPENSATION: Competitive Base + DOE

LOCATION: Houston, TX
SUMMARY: This role is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of marketing activities to support a wide range of industrial capital projects ensuring strategic alignment, brand consistency, and market engagement across all efforts.
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and execute marketing strategy to support corporate goals, focusing on lead generation, client engagement, and brand awareness across EPC, modular, and energy transition markets
- Own the brand, ensuring clear messaging, consistent positioning, and a strong presence in the market through digital, print, events and public relations
- Oversee all marketing functions, including content, digital, SEO, analytics, advertising, events and sales support
- Develop targeted campaigns for different verticals and customer profiles, in collaboration with BD and Operations teams
- Generate and manage marketing-qualified leads through high-performing programs and data-driven insights
- Guide market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and support strategic business decisions
- Drive collaboration across departments to support proposal efforts, client communications and new business initiatives
- Represent at industry events, trade shows, and client engagements, strengthening our presence and relationships in the market
- Track performance metrics and KPIs, adjusting tactics and resources for optimal marketing ROI
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required; MBA preferred
- 10-15 years of B2B marketing experience in oil & gas, EPC, or heavy industrial sectors
- Proven success leading strategic, multi-channel marketing for technical services
- Strong understanding of energy and chemical markets (upstream, midstream, downstream, energy transition)
- Experienced in managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional initiatives
- Skilled in digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, CRM (HubSpot), paid media, and analytics
- Proficient with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, SEM platforms, and CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress)
- Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel with dashboards/pivots, PowerPoint) and Adobe Illustrator; Canva or Photoshop a plus
- Strong communicator with leadership, stakeholder alignment, and data analysis capabilities
- Experience in creative direction (design, video, brand storytelling) and optimizing web structure and UX
- Track record of aligning marketing with sales and BD to drive revenue and growth
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events, site visits, and client meetings
