Compensation: $18-20/hr + employee discounts
Schedule: flexible hybrid (WFH + in-person as needed) and workday schedule (up to 35 hrs)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Utilize market research to identify target demographics and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials. This includes writing posts, designing graphics, and creating video content that aligns with the brand’s voice and aesthetic.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Plan and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics to optimize content.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including crafting newsletters, promotions, and customer follow-ups.
  • SEO and SEM: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve online visibility and attract organic traffic to the website.
  • Partnerships and Influencer Collaborations: Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other potential partners to enhance brand credibility and reach.
  • Event Planning: Organize and promote events, such as product launches, pop-up shops, and beauty workshops.
  • Show up in studio to take pictures and videos as needed for content.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers through various channels to build relationships, gather feedback, and foster a loyal community.

Qualifications

  • Seeking a tech-savvy individual that has an understanding of social media platforms, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Previous experience in marketing and/or relevant training & credentials.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
