Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• ●Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• ●Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• ●1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• ●Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence
• ●Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• ●Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
