Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily
warehouse operations at our e-commerce company. The ideal candidate will have
strong leadership skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent
organizational skills. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing
inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing
the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

● Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity.

● Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.

● Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and
materials.

● Order supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels.

● Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

● Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary
documentation.

● Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety
regulations.

● Communicate and coordinate with other departments.

Qualifications:

● At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and management.

● Knowledge of safety program compliance and basic hazmat knowledge.

● Proficient in Zoho or other inventory management software preferred

● Possesses advanced computer skills, such as the ability to navigate screens,
send and receive email, and perform word processing and spreadsheet tasks.

● Ability to track inventory levels, optimize warehouse flow, and analyze warehouse
reports.

● Experience with Amazon FBA, managing inventory life & recalls, and sample
receiving preferred.

● Knowledge of safety program compliance and basic hazmat knowledge.

● Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

● Analytical aptitude, commitment to accuracy and quality, and problem-solving
skills.

● Excellent organizational skills, including efficiency, productivity, and attention to
detail.

● Time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

● Openness to new responsibilities and willingness to shift focus.

● Solid communication skills, able to speak in front of a group, solve problems,
read, write, and converse in English.
