General Laborer
Key Responsibilities
- Site Preparation & Cleanup: Cleaning debris, setting up scaffolding, and preparing materials to keep work areas hazard-free.
- Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and transporting construction supplies, tools, or equipment to and from job sites

- Assisting Skilled Trades: Supporting carpenters, electricians, or welders by holding materials, gathering tools, and performing tasks as directed.
- Operating Equipment: Using hand/power tools and basic machinery (e.g., mixers, jackhammers) safely.
- General Maintenance: Digging trenches, compacting earth, or performing, basic repairs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Physical Strength/Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials, work on feet for long hours, and work in varied weather conditions.
- Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to health and safety regulations, including wearing protective gear.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and following supervisor instructions accurately.
- Experience: While many roles offer on-the-job training, previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred.
