Bilingual Warehouse General Labor Helper

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves manual labor, material handling, and assisting with the organization and movement of inventory to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload, and move materials, products, and packages within the warehouse

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

  • Assist with inventory organization and basic stock counts

  • Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks (forklift experience a plus)

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards

  • Follow company safety procedures and guidelines at all times

  • Assist supervisors and team members with general warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must be Bilingual

  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Previous warehouse or labor experience preferred, but not required

Work Environment:

  • Warehouse setting with varying temperatures

  • Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks

Schedule:

  • Full-time

  • 8am – 5pm may vary

  • Overtime may be required based on workload

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED is required.

Previous work experience is required in the logistics field.

Basic computer skills such as typing, MS Excel / Word.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Speaking knowledge of Spanish is helpful.

Ability to exercise judgment to quickly solve problems, working with minimal supervision
