COMPANY OVERVIEW: Our client is a is a leader in the design, manufacturing, and repair of Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Helixchangers, and related equipment.

POSITION: Estimating Engineer

COMPENSATION: Competitive Salary + DOE

BENEFITS: Standard package


LOCATION:  Houston, Texas

SUMMARY: Prepare technical bids for heat exchangers and pressure vessels.

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Basic design of pressure vessels and heat exchangers
  • Prepare material requirements for each component designed
  • Estimate labor hours to fabricate the component/vessel/exchanger
  • Write technical proposal for submittal to customer


EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree of Science in Engineering
  • Basic understanding of design per ASME Sec VIII Div. 1
  • Basic knowledge of the various Materials of Construction in ASME Sec. II.
