POSITION TITLE:Divisional Leader – Inspection Services
BENEFITS: Standard Package

LOCATION: Houston, TX
POSITION DESCRIPTION:The division currently provides tube inspection (IRIS), non-destructive testing (NDT), and welding inspection services, including capabilities added through a recent acquisition that expanded the company’s inspection portfolio. While the technical teams and capabilities are in place, the organization is seeking a strong leader to elevate the business unit through structured growth, client engagement, and operational accountability.
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company’s Inspection Services division, including IRIS tube inspection, NDT services, and welding inspection programs.
- Drive commercial growth by developing new client relationships and expanding service offerings within existing refinery, petrochemical, and industrial accounts.
- Establish operational standards, processes, and performance metrics to ensure consistent and high-quality project execution.
- Partner with sales and operations teams to position the company as a trusted inspection partner for major industrial clients.
- Improve overall business unit performance, accountability, and profitability.
- Support the integration and optimization of recently acquired inspection capabilities.
- Provide leadership guidance to technical teams while ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client expectations.
- Strengthen the division’s market presence and credibility with plant leadership, turnaround teams, and reliability organizations
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Leadership experience within industrial inspection, NDT, welding inspection, or mechanical integrity services
- Strong understanding of refining, petrochemical, or heavy industrial environments
- Proven ability to grow service lines, develop client relationships, and drive revenue growth
- Experience building structured processes, operational standards, and scalable service organizations
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance commercial development and operational performance
- Credibility with plant leadership, reliability engineers, and maintenance team.
