Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a full-time leadership opportunity for a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) at Autumn Care of Fayetteville—a collaborative, patient-centered skilled nursing facility where your leadership and clinical expertise truly make a difference.

• Seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) or Occupational Therapist (OT)

Position Highlights:

• Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department
• Ensure excellence in clinical services and outcomes
• Provide mentorship and support to therapy staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient care
