Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) – Full-Time | Pittsboro, NC

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist Assistant for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily rehab operations in a skilled nursing facility
• Drive clinical outcomes, compliance, and quality measures
• Lead, mentor, and develop therapy staff (OT, PT, SLP)
• Manage scheduling, productivity, and caseload efficiency
• Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence
