Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy department at Urbana Health & Rehab.

Candidates must be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
