Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) – Avon, OH 

Are you a dynamic therapy leader ready to elevate patient care, mentor clinicians, and guide a high-performing rehab team? Join us as the Director of Rehab at The Woods on French Creek in beautiful Avon, OH!

Will consider the following disciplines; Occupational Therapist (OT), Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), Physical Therapist (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

As DOR, you’ll lead a passionate, collaborative therapy department within a supportive skilled nursing environment. Your clinical and leadership skills will help drive exceptional outcomes and a positive team culture.
