Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a full-time leadership opportunity for a Director of Rehabilitation / Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Occupational Therapy Assistant or Speech Language Pathologist (DOR / PT / PTA / OTR / COTA / SLP) at Linwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center—a collaborative, patient-centered skilled nursing facility where your leadership and clinical expertise truly make a difference.

Position Highlights:

  • Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department
  • Ensure excellence in clinical services and outcomes
  • Provide mentorship and support to therapy staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient care
