Continuum Midwest is excited to offer a full-time (30 hours per week) opportunity for a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA at Sycamorespring in Miamisburg OH — a supportive, collaborative skilled nursing facility where your expertise makes a daily impact. We will consider 40 hours per week if willing to also cover at Hillspring in Springboro OH.
