Area Manager

Area Manager / Operations 

Broad River Rehab is seeking an Area Manager – Open to PT, PTA, COTA, OT and SLP – Must be located in Texas! Region will include: Greater Houston and Greater Dallas / Ft Worth 

Must have SNF Management Experience! 

• Responsible for facilitating and developing the relationship/coordination between multiple site rehab departments, developing and building the rehab teams, and providing oversight of the therapy departments. 
• Works closely with the customer to develop and report on keys to success. 
• Acts as a resource for teams, customers, and patients in problem solving.  
• Coordination of resources to meet clinical needs, identification of educational opportunities, and implementation of clinical programs.  
• Maintain the value system of Broad River Rehab with the ultimate objective of creating value for our residents, customers and employees. 

Qualifications: 

• Active Therapy License in Texas (PT/PTA/OT/OTA/CCC-SLP) 
• 3 years’ multi-site management experience. 

Competencies / Requirements: 

• Strong communication, interpersonal ability, and relationship building skills 
• Good customer and employee problem resolution skills 
• Balances quality outcomes, labor management, and payer mix to maintain strong contribution margins. 
• Knowledge of SNF and Medicare Compliance.
